We would never want a customer to feel they have to keep an item that they are not completely happy with. You would not have been required to pay the £2.95 to return the item using our returns service.
Although you are outside our returns period, if the item is unused we would still be happy for you to return it to us for a store credit.
Regarding the pricing of the product, it is a very high quality heirloom piece and is intended to last for many years and to be handed down between siblings and friends. The RRP is set by Wee Gallery in the US and was previously priced at £100. We asked them to reduce the RRP, a price reduction that has been well received by our customers as it has become a very popular item.
However, as mentioned we would not want you to feel you have to keep an item you are unhappy with, so please do feel free to return it if it is still in brand new condition.
