“The picture clearly shows middle cut but I received a flat piece of steak from the tail end. Very difficult to slice for carpaccio. Not really impressed.”

“Fantastic thick steaks, cooked reverse sear and were melt in the mouth. Easily top end restaurant quality. Price very reasonable looking at other online suppliers, will deffo order again, thankyou”
