“Brilliant follow up to the order by the team, Jesse I think. Our friends and family loved the lamb, nicely hung, no blood fluid and moist. I cut the rack into thin cutlet type chops, rubbed freshly squeezed rosemary all over the lamb then swiftly cooked for 4 m on both sides. Cooking is so much easier with quality food. Well done meat-box and thank you.”
