“These are a lifesaver! Everyone is different but the 50mg dose is right for me in the day or at night. This can be used to help with many things but for me these are being used to treat symptoms of endometriosis and to help boost many of my body's systems. Even if you don't have endo but maybe need a little PMS help, along with some bonus magnesium which is important during that time, I highly recommend these. This idea and brand was suggested to me by my pelvic pain doctor and I am so grateful.”
