“I wanted to see if these would help my sleep. I took one gummy about 45 minutes before bed. The first 4 nights. I found I fell asleep faster, and if I awakened at my usual 2 AM, I was able to fall back to sleep quickly. Also, my morning blood pressure readings improved. (120-130/70's) I had been running 130-140/ 80's-90. The 5th night, I forgot to take one, and I woke up at 2 AM, and was not able to fall asleep again. So happy with these gummies, plus they taste great!”
