“Super quick delivery, everything in neat condition. The knives cut exceptionally well, are super lightweight and perfectly balanced. Global are a great option, if you‘re looking for something inbetween more delicate japanese knives with HRC of 60+ and wooden handles, and heavier classic western knives with thicker spines. They combine the best of both worlds so to say. The price performance in the package is insane, although I personally would have preferred the G-46 Santoku over the GS-5 vegetable knife as part of the set.”
