“Very nice, aogami super gyuto. Only 180mm. (For me a perfect size) Beautifull nashiji finish. Very nice weight distribution ideal for a pinch grip. Glides like butter trough carrots and sweet potato. Dangerously sharp. Will develop a nice patina on the edge. Quality product of a well known blade smith. This knife is not for everybody. This knife needs maintenence to prevent rust. If taken care of it will serve a very long life in a kitchen. You will definitly get what you paid for. Very happy to have this knife in my collection of daily kitchen knifes.”
