“Very happy with my knife. Arrived very fast, properly packed, sharp as a razor out of the box and tested by the shop staff. Knife is a joy to use really.
Weight of the knife is a bit misrepresented on the website. On my kitchenscale (and on some other sites) it showed 192 grams as opposed to 160ish. Not a dealbraker, but something to consider.
