“I have this knife with different handle. It’s great! Looks impressive and catches eyes of my friends. It’s much thinner behind the blade and so cuts better than Ryusen I also have. Only downside of Kurosaki is that it’s not flat in the heel/handle side of blade so it’s not perfect for chopping veggies.”
