“Table delivered on time but the front panel with my husband's name engraved arrived all scratched. We asked for a replacement. They offered a £20 discount and said they woudl sent a replacement and i had to take off the old panel and put the new one on. I paid for a builder to help. The supplier sent a video how to change the panel but the video was wrong and the table been built with many more screws so we couldn't take the scratched panel off without dismantling the whole table. I sent videos by email and whatsApp to show the table was built differently to the company's help video and asked for an urgent call within the next 90 minutes as i was paying the builder by the hour to help. No one got back to me via the phone or email to provide any guidance. The replacement engraved panel is even worse .. we can't use it.”
