“This would have been a 5 star review. However on delivery and assembling the workbench it became apparent that the top was warped.
On contacting MG Timber, they were really helpful and provided a solution and offered to complete the work for me when they were in the area. However on further examination I didn't think this would work so updated them.
With the new information, Matthew from MG Timber offered to provide a new Bench top which was delivered the following week. The top was a different design to prevent the warping issue and the delivery driver went above and beyond and helped me remove the old top and assemble the new one.
Although not right first time, this was brilliant service and customer care with a positive result. I wouldn't hesitate to use MG Timber again!”
“Had an excellent experience with this seller. I could not have asked for a better work bench. It is a great size both width and height, the depth is also perfect. Overall it is suitable for jobs of all sizes. It really is solidly made and very heavy which is great. I opted for the double shelf and glad that I did. The assembly was very straightforward, it could be done by just one person but I would recommend having someone assist you with the set up as the pieces are heavy.
It really feels like a workbench that will be good for years to come.
Thank you Team MGTimber, you have another very happy customer.
I would offer a full recommendation for MGTimber.”
“Absolutely excellent quality, just as I expected it to be and was very easy to install, and I did it all by myself with two saw horses, and a lot of clamps, this was the 6 feet one the biggest one they do with not one but two shelves, it was so heavy by the time I put it all together that I have had to call 2 neighbours to help me getting it down from those saw horses. One only minor complaint on one of the 2 shelves there were supposed to be pre-drilled holes but they must have forgot to do that and it was no sweat for me to do those myself”
