Once purchased, their communication was excellent, I knew when my product was being delivered. The instructions were really easy to follow, I also painted mine as shown in their website. The quality is just perfect with everything aligning correctly and the table is really solid. I’d reckon I’ll still be using this in 15 years time if not more.
Would recommend for sure.”

“The bench is awesome. High quality and very heavy. Really well made and assembly is simple.
However…the customer service throughout was rubbish. I ordered on a Thursday and heard nothing at all, not even a confirmation email until Tuesday. From there my delivery was delayed a couple of times without explanation. When the bench finally arrived, the delivery team said someone had called in sick so it was just one chap. He couldn’t lift it alone so my wife had to try to help. Hurt her back.
Upon assembly, I discovered missing parts that meant I couldn’t build table. I messaged on Etsy and emailed direct. No response at all for several days. Then a message saying ‘sorry about that, we’ll send ASAP’. Then several more days before missing parts arrived. All in all not a good experience.”
