For reference, I’m generally an Au size 18/20 in tops with a c cup bust & 20/22 in bottoms, I bought the XL. The dress has a good amount of stretch in the bust area and the elastic around the upper arms isn’t too tight.
It runs a little large (could size down) so the shoulders long and therefore a bit loose, but an easy home sewing fix if you’re handy :)”
