“Nice sturdy handle- everything that was offered came in package and works great.My first package came and the handle was broken.I contacted them and they immediately sent me out a new one.Took them only 2 days to send out the new handle.I have owned many of these and this one is by far the nicest built one I have gotten.I believe it's best not to adjust the telescopic handle to often as they tend to break easily -if you put it at the level you need it without adjusting it to often then you should have no problem with it. Just speaking from experience.”
