“I ordered this via the shop's click and collect one Thursday night hoping the next day (Friday) I'd be able to pick it up at a store near my workplace. To my surprise, my order was only ready to collect on Tuesday. When I got back home, I tried it, and the quality is not even close to my Faber Castell despite being double the price. Although it is light and nice to hold, the ink is not as black as I expected, and it doesn't click as they claim on this webpage. Not happy with this purchase, both the quality and click-and-collect shopping experience from the store.”
