“The pen is amazing! The store experience could have been better.
I ordered online and went to the store to pickup. There, I found out that the color of the Cartridge pack is blue instead of the black shown in the picture. I asked the store manager if they could replace the Cartridge pack with a black one as I don't use blue ink and they declined, instead they offered me a refund. The cartridge pack is the same as the loose one, so I don't understand why such a simple request can't be fulfilled.”
