I was very disappointed though because I first bought a hardcover version by mistake (what does 'moleskin' even mean in the context of a hardback?) and the shop wouldn't exchange it because I didn't have the receipt and didn't have an account. They said that to process a refund they would have to put the money back onto the same card that I used to buy it in the first place. I'm not sure how that would've worked if I'd paid cash. Anyway - it meant that in order to get the diary I wanted I had to also pay for a diary I didn't want. So - lovely diary but also a big waste of money.”
