“Bought it on 2nd Jan for partner and he only wore it couple times to the office and the strap part where you pull to shorten/lengthen the strap “melted”. We only discovered this when there’s black stains on white t shirt. I’m not sure how that strap could melt as it was used indoors only but it looked like two parts of leather were glued together instead of being stitched together.
End up returning to Milligram and they exchanged with new bag. Will see how it goes.”
