“I bought this set and didn’t work, tried to contact them to have it repaired or replaced, I went to have it checked at a stationery shops that sells them and confirmed it was a broken product. Once I contacted their customer service they kept asking me to do more tests at home, all of which didn’t work, only after 6 months to tell me I was now out of time to return it and now i’m Stuck with a 300 dollars paperweight. Disgusting!”
“Nice to be able to sketch and write and record the event digitally. There are some shortfalls as I see it. The so called "iPad" look of the Moleskine ain't great... no ribbon for place holder...paper doesn't quite have the feel of previous Moleskine books and difficult to locate the page last used. I haven't been able to source a broader refill ballpoint...I like to use medium as a minimum. There aren't any options and certainly not available on the Milligram site. Great concept but not there yet for me....and I'm a ferocious illustrator to demonstrate what I'm not good at explaining.”
