“Got these on sale for $5 each, bought 20 of them as well as the other covers. The main reason I buy these books is the fact that they lay flat without having to break them in. Knowing that a notebook is flexible is a huge plus for me; It means that I don't treat it as a sacred object, and use it almost every day.
Linen cover is beautiful to the touch, dots are spaced out a bit tight but still function well. The ribbon bookmark wasn't very useful to me, but you might find some practicality.
Paper quality is quite nice as long as you only really use regular ballpoint and gel. My pen of choice is the humble Muji ballpoint pen, and you can see some ghosting from the other side of the page.
Overall really good for my purposes as a student notebook, your mileage may vary but I've been really satisfied with it.”
