It was a very difficult process to get my pen. It was not delivered together with some Peanuts Writing Pads that I had ordered. I then had to go through all of your support channels - who were extremely slow in responding. Finally, I was contacted by Ginger, who did a good job of expediting the well overdue order but disappointed that Milligram didn't offer anything by way of apology for an order that wasn't fully delivered, poor customer support services / availability - and then to top it the engraving on the pen was lacklustre. On a white pen you might have expected a better contrasting colour than white!! Although I've had many orders with Milligram that went according to plan - it's clear that when something goes wrong, there is either inadequate customer support (I mean who closes at 4 pm these days?!) and poor customer recommendation when it comes to the product. This was a poor experience vs. others that have been a lot, lot better.
