“This holds only a very narrow pen/pencil. Even if you use that, if it has a clip then you can't smoothly remove it without dragging the whole clip off the notebook. It would help greatly if the clip had a roughish surface on the inside - or even adhesive, so that it will attach itself to the leather. The leather piece would be better if it was elasticised.”
“Great product, the metal clip is a little heavy duty, however does adhere to notebook well. Benefit is that it is a re-usable product from notebook to notebook, unlike previous adhesive pen holder products.”
“I never ended up using mine as it's too bulky and doesn't work on the back cover where I wanted it to sit. I don't want it on the front cover as I want the pen to sit neatly next to the paper right between front and back covers.. if you put it on the back cover then the bulky clip will make a bulge in the paper as you write on it. It doesn't make sense to me. I regretted opening it as I would have returned it.”
