“I've been using it as a standalone ppocketbook. The paper is buttery smooth, grid is soft enough that is doesn't take over the writing and has enough pages to last longer than most passport sized pockebooks, but this also makes the notebook hader to close once it has been opened and laid flat. My only reservation is the square corners can get caught up in the pocket, but then again it is intended for the Traveler's Company leather notebook.”
