“I love Midori notebooks. I've gotten an itch to try other notebooks on occasion, but then I get a chance to feel and see these other notebooks and...nothing quite compares, on many levels. For starters, Midori's notebooks are not only affordable but great value for money, which is uncommon in notebooks nowadays. The paper quality and writing experience is excellent, and the thoughtful flatlay exposed binding is a great contributor to why this notebook feels better to write in than others. I have bought multiples of these notebooks, in various sizes. The paper quality, sizes available, and additional accessories (such as the clear plastic cover) make them versatile for on-the-go journalling/notes, and even for rough pencil sketches (the standard Midori paper pairs exquisitely with Prismacolour coloured pencils - I have yet to try the thicker paper version). Also lovely to write in with fountain and normal pens. I genuinely can't choose any other notebook - they're just functionally too amazing.”
