Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent purchase with us. I have done some quick investigation into your order, and it appears that you received your order less than 2 weeks after it was placed.
We did receive a large number of orders the week your order was placed and so it took one day longer than usual to leave our warehouse. The Australia day public holiday also added an extra delay to your delivery.
From what I can see your order was placed in the afternoon on Thursday 17th January, dispatched from our warehouse Tuesday 22nd January, and was picked up from the Gladstone Central Post Office on Wednesday 30th January. Please let me know if any of this information is not correct.
