Old restored Farm house, with outbuildings on about 40 acres. Would like housesitters with their own van or motor home to use as your bedroom, have an outdoor room completely set up as a kitchen, lounge and dining room with a seperate bathroom accessible from this area.
A very comfortable area, we live in this area most parts of every day. One Tenterfield terrier ( male not sexed), six outside farm cats, 22 chickens and seven pet sheep. Watering will be required, however lawns and garden beds are on drippers or automatic sprinklers . Some hand watering will be required. Chickens are free range and will need to be locked in at night.
