We have a 4 bed/2 bath home in a quiet culdesac. We have a swimming pool that is solar heated so will be swimmable then. We have a 16 year old domestic short hair cat who lives indoors. She sleeps all day and once she is used to you, she will come and sleep the night away on your lap while you watch TV. We also have an adorable dog, Nala, who will be 12 months old by the time of this housesit. She needs to be walked twice a day and prefers people to be home more often than not.
We would like a single person or a couple without kids as Jemima is not a fan of children (she rues the day we brought ours home!. We don’t want someone who is just going to use it as a base but will spend days out as the animals are used to us being home all day.
There are also some plants to keep alive - they aren’t high maintenance - if I can keep them alive, you can too!
If you work from home, we have an office setup with two monitors and a fast NBN connection. We also have most streaming services to keep you entertained.
