Beautiful 2 story family home, less than 500 m to the popular surf beach in South Australia's premiere coastal holiday destination of Middleton.
Downstairs: living area, 3 bedrooms, 3-way bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs: Main living and dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, extra toilet/powder room. Front and back balconies. Easy care garden mostly watered by Envirocycle wastewater system. Only thing would be to water the plants if really dry/hot (unlikely that time of the year), clean up after the dogs and maybe rake some leaves or pull up some weeds.
Animals: Floyd is a 6-year-old male mini-Fox Terrier. He is very well behaved, and loves walks on the beach and lots of cuddles.
We require Floyd to be fed morning and night.
The fish will just need feeding twice a day and maybe a clean of the aquarium once or twice while we are away.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Middleton which as our first house sit could not have been a nicer place to stay. Little Floyd was adorable, and we will miss him, and it was so lovely to see him greet his family so enthusiastically when they returned. We really enjoyed looking after the garden and the wonderful walks along the beach.”

“Loved our time spent with Lilly and Floyd. Both dogs were so affectionate, well trained and loved our daily walks with them on the beach. Routines were easy making our sit stress free and fun. Jon and Nadine have great communication, and we were made to feel very welcome in their beautiful home. We explored the area and caught up with family making our time spent in Middleton another memorable adventure.”
