Our property of 16 acres is situated just 10km east of Ballarat, in a small farming community. Shops (Ballarat) are only a 10-15 minute drive. Easy driving distance to Geelong, Melbourne, Grampians or Bendigo.
Power, internet, heating (wood and reverse cycle a/c). Parking for your own van is available. Kitchen and large living area, our guest bedroom/bathroom available if required plus laundry. Would suit single person or a couple. Just one older but friendly Cocker Spaniel to spoil. (Plus four chooks - hopefully laying at the time.)
Your house trained dog or cat are welcome. Contained yard to keep dogs safe. We also have approximately 10 Miniature Belted Galloway cattle. All that they require is for you to walk down the lane each few days to check that they're all there and checking that the troughs have water in them. Our neighbours are happy to help with any issues .
