We have a two storey house inc king bed, spa bath, cinema room, multiple living spaces, massage chair, outdoor pool/spa (not heated) & fully equipped kitchen.
Our beautiful groodle Merlot will be ready to keep you company. He is an inside dog, low maintenance & very friendly. He needs to be walked once per day and his water and food bowls are to be kept topped up at all times. He needs to be let out to the toilet morning, arvo & evening. Before bed he gets a bowl of chunkers & 2 x sardines.
We have a few small potted plants that need watering only occasionally. Our lawn is mowed by contractors and our pool is also cleaned by contractors, if they come during your stay you just need to open the side gate for them.
Cameron Park is located right off the M1 and is approx 30mins from Hunter Valley and 30mins from Newcastle beaches/city. The two largest shopping centres are only 20mins away located in Charlestown & Kotara. The local Woolworths with cafes, restaurants & petrol is only 2mins down the road.
