Two story stucco home with 3 bedrooms upstairs, ensuite, another bathroom, living and dining areas, large balcony, kitchen - downstairs not used, garage under, grass area and fountain out the front and lawn out the back.
“Kath was extremely friendly and communicative and responded promptly, particularly given she was holidaying overseas. Kath left useful and easy to understand instructions. The house is lovely and roomy and situated very near Ashgrove shops where there are a selection of supermarkets and many quality food stores and offers quick and easy access into the CBD. It s a lovely area with many beautiful parks and bike paths. Coco was an absolute delight, She was an easy and calm girl and a very loving dog to care for. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for almost a month and will certainly miss Coco a great deal.”

Coco is a gorgeous older but healthy girl who brought me joy every day with her enthusiasm for her walks. I felt really at home during my time in Kaths lovely home in a great location so very easy to want to carefully look after her home in return.

Kath is very relaxed and does not expect anything particularly onerous from her house sitters - I felt that all I needed to do was be sensible, responsible and take care of Coco. Coco is also very relaxed and likes a cuddle. Kath responds to queries promptly. It was a very easy and convenient house sit in a great location.”
