A brick home on 26 acres of bush with an awesome view, plus a gentle friendly 4yo kelpie x who loves playing fetch. A few pot plants to water - no formal garden to look after or lawns to mow.
Rocco likes a daily walk and as many games of fetch as you can manage. He’s an indoor/outdoor dog, and is happy to sleep on your bed or by the bed on the floor. He’s happy to be left indoors on his own when you go out.
I have lovely friendly neighbours who will be happy to answer questions or help you, plus they are happy to accompany you on dog walks - for the chat, if you would like that.

“Loved house sitting for Lynne & looking after beautiful Rocco the Kelpie X. Amazing views! And where else can one walk out onto the garden roof top. Great place for going on those morning walks and simply relaxing. Lynne is a lovely host with a great selection of music. And everyone needs a Rocco!”

“Rocco was a great buddy to have around for a time & to care for in this more secluded part of the woods. The neighbors were friendly & happy to help. An interesting & comfy house nestled within a very peaceful valley plus an enjoyable area to explore. Hosts were welcoming, organised and communication was all good throughout. Cheers, John.”
