3/4br comfortable home in North Avalon, 15 min walk to beach, 20 mins to shops, bus to city about 100m down our road. House is currently set up with 2 queen bedrooms and a kids room with a single bed and trundle. 4th bedroom is set up as a sewing room.
Pet lover required to mind playful cat while we are away, and keep house looking lived in. Nice gardens, garage parking for small car or off-street parking for large vehicle.

“Our house sit at Di and Don's at Avalon Beach was joyous. From our first meeting we knew we would feel very comfortable and relaxed. Willow was the "purrfect hostess". It was great exploring the area with lots to do but we mostly enjoyed the home and garden and watching the amazing array of native birds. “It was a real pleasure to housesit for Di and Don .....such a lovely down-to-earth couple, beautiful light and airy home, lots of plants, clear communication and a very warm welcome. Caring for their little cat, Willow was a delight. ‍⬛️ She was a little timid at first but we soon enjoyed each other's company, with lots of pats and playing with the ping-pong ball was fun !!
