We live on a semi rural (2.5 acre) bush property, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. We have 2 dogs ( One 50kg lap dog- rescue, and and a cocker spaniel. Both are 11yrs old, very friendly and who love company (requires you to be home more often than not). No gardening required just make sure the sprinklers come on the lawn twice a week (on timer) with a bit of additional watering required for garden beds/pots.
And some basic pool maintenance.
We have 4 chickens that need daily feeding/care and 15 goldfish in a pond that require feeding daily, and a top up of the pond in the summer months.
We also have a granny flat on the property, which is rented out to quiet tenants.

“Julia and Chris were amazing hosts. We had contact via phone and then a meet and greet. They made us and our dog Winston feel very comfortable. It was as much a meet and greet for Winston and their dog Woody, as it was for us. They were very thorough in showing us around and emailed a very detailed list of instructions a few days later. We had no difficulty with the sit as they were very clear in their requirements. Everything was as explained and expected. This would have to be one of the best sits we have done. We would be delighted to look after Woody, the chooks and fish again. Thank you Julia and Chris for trusting us with your most prized possessions, Woody, and your home.”

“We had a wonderful time looking after Woody, the 4 girls (chooks) and the fish. Woody really enjoys human company, all the animals were extremely easy to care for, especially if you you follow the host's instructions. Julia's and Chris's house was a lovely comfortable place to stay especially being on a quiet rural block, although the nearest shops are only 5 mins away. Jim and Diana”
