We have a modern and comfortable single level house with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and plenty of mod cons including WiFi. We have three pets to be looked after, a Japanese Spitz dog (F12) and two Birman cats (F3 & F2). Non-smokers please. Our location is in the Sovereign Hills Estate, 10 minutes from the heart of Port Macquarie and its beaches. it's in a flat area, ideal for walking.
A new local shopping centre is just up the road, which includes an IGA, hairdresser, bakery, chemist, coffee shops and a gift shop. Your own car is a must because of very limited public transport. You need only to look after our pets (including a short walk every second day or so for our dog), water the garden, lawn and pot plants on a relatively compact and well landscaped block, and keep the house clean and tidy.

“I thoroughly enjoyed looking after Sophie and Ellie, John and Carol's lovely cats.They are very lovable and wonderful company. The house and garden is very easy to care for, and the area is very quiet and relaxing. John was very engaging and friendly from our first meeting, and the addition of a detailed house sitting manual provided by John and Carol, was invaluable in ensuring that everything went smoothly. A wonderful house sit and a 5 star recommendation for John and Carol. I hope to be able to look after Sophie and Ellie again the future.”

“John and Carols house/cat sit was a lovely experience with two of the most adorable cats for company. Their beautiful home and garden was very comfortable and close to all conveniences, including a gorgeous nursery & cafe, wineries and the Koala and wildlife park. The location was beautifully appointed near bushland with kangaroos every morning feeding nearby. Thank you .”

“What a joy of a Sit! Jemma the Japanese Spitz - such a sweetheart, Sophie & Ellie the Birman cats - such wonderful partners for each other, and the 3 of them get on so well. House & gardens are immaculate and so easy to take care of. My facilities - bedroom, bathroom & toilet first class. John & Carol were so thoughtful to add Britbox & Paramount Plus to their collection of Apps for me to enjoy on the TV. This is a 10/10 Sit for any Sitter lucky enough to be engaged!
