I am Brenda who is an energetic retiree I'm are looking to travel around Queensland, I have been pet/housesitting since early 2017 in many regions of Victoria and Queensland, I have realised that this new vocation of mine is a brilliant opportunity to combine seeing Queensland with my love for animals, and taking care of them in their own environment as I know first hand how difficult it is to find the right carer to look after your loved furbaby/s.
I love animals, and have had a variety of pets over many years!. I have a grown up daughter and 4 grown
up grandchildren! Whom I love dearly.
And now I find I have time for myself and the enjoyment of helping out others.
During my experiences I have obtained unmeasureable skills and empathy towards the furbabies that I look after to ensure that we meet their needs, eg..diet, medication, comfort etc.
Previously I have house sat and looked after pets for our friends as well as family over the past 8 years and have enjoyed doing so.
I enjoy having time to myself, as well as going for walks, spending time with family, pottering around the garden and caring for others.
I am also pesctarian, non smoker, reliable and trustworthy. As I worked with children, I hold a current working with children check, and a first aid certificate for over 18years.
I take pride in being a clean and tidy sitter and loving the pets I care for as if they were my own, but respect the instructions of the owners, I also have my own transport.
So if you like what you read I must be the one for you!

“Brenda was an absolute star! Our cats were completely smitten with her even though they are normally very wary of strangers. She sent regular updates and pics and it was such a relief to know that they were happy and well while we were away. She also left our house SPOTLESS and a lot cleaner than we left it for her! “Brenda completed a Pet sitter and House mind for me. After meeting her i felt quite relaxed about leaving my Border Collie with her. I tell people that when I left, my dog already liked her but on my return my dog adored her. If i needed a sitter and Brenda was available I would gladly have her assistance once again.”

We especially thank Brenda for looking after our little ones while we were dealing with medical issues overseas. “We have just had Brenda house/dog sit for us for 3 weeks. Brenda was absolutely fantastic! While we were away she updated us regularly & sent us pics of our fur-babies. She genuinely enjoyed their company. Brenda cared for our home & dogs as if they were her own. She left the house in immaculate condition. We will definitely have her back in a heartbeat.
