Hi, I'm 62 and seeking opportunities to sit in the Cottesloe- Fremantle - SW coastal areas.
I started house sitting through personal requests in the Great Southern after my darling Goldie Katy passed at 16 years old. I've also experienced sitters in my own home so appreciate this position from both sides. My 16 yr old cat Kira (who did many sits with me) has recently passed so I've plenty of pet love to spare.
I've now completed over 25 sits, with many repeats, through private and 2 agency contacts. I've cared for ponies, dogs, cats, chickens, birds, turtles, fish, rats and mice and gardens from pots to orchards as well as maintained pool, pond, lawn and reticulation.
I'm very comfortable with all animals except very boisterous or multiple large dogs. I've had many pets of my own: milking goats, dogs, puppy litters, cats, kitten litters, rabbits & kits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, birds, fish and reptiles. I'm also an experienced Wildlife carer of joeys, possums, birds and reptiles.
I respect pet and home owners who want dedicated care for their beloved pets, gardens and homes. I'm a reliable, discreet sitter, non smoker and seldomly drink.
I love being in nature and enjoy dog play and walking and beach and park visits.
I'm doing research and writing which is easy to manage when sitting; using my own data and just needing desk or table space for this.
