Hello I am Diane ,I am a single woman 67 years young,and have recently sold my house in the country.I live a quiet life and the two things which give me the most joy now are being in the garden and animals of every kind, there love is so unconditional...

I thought that house sitting would be a good time for me to reflect and see some new scenery . I am a celebrant but am retired now.
I have no vices other than the odd glass of bubbly mood pending. I love nature and respect my environment and appreciate every moment of my life. If I were to sit your home, I would treat it as if it were my own, with love and respect.
Hopefully we can help each other.!
Trust,communication and reliability are key elements to sitting.

I have enjoyed home and pet sitting for a while now on and off.
It has been a wonderful experience . Doing a lot of repeat sits but still open to considering new ones.

“Was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly punctual and organised, and even came by early to get familiar with the house and understand how everything worked, which gave us real peace of mind before we left. Was wonderful with the dogs they clearly had a great time with her and were happy and relaxed when we returned. The house was left spotless and tidy, which we really appreciated. She also took great care of our indoor plants, which was such a thoughtful touch, and truly went above and beyond with everything around the house. Di is friendly, warm, and easy to deal with, and communication was always clear and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, and we would absolutely love to have her back again in the future. She kept us updated we were away.”

“Di delivered. Arrived on time and had to leave before we got home. Daisy, our cavoodle was well cared for and our home was neat and tidy when we walked in. Di even made us a welcome home treat. Di sent photos upon request and asked questions as i'd prompted on use of our heating, TV etc. The bins were empty as per our instructions & mail brought in. Whilst Di was here is rained ALOT and couldn't mow our lawn. Di was apologetic that she couldn't get to that job. Daisy had been taken on walks and even may have gained a kg or 2 whilst we're away with Di's home cooking of rice and tuna spoiling Daisy. Thank you Di for taking such good care of Daisy and our home.”

“Di had my home looking like no one had been here with a couple of extra home made treats left in the fridge for my daughter and I on our return. Trevor (my hound) was well looked after with zero anxiety on my return. Thank you Di, I highly recommend you!”

“We recently bought a puppy and did not want to leave her in kennels for 3 1/2 weeks whilst we went on holiday. We had not used a house sitting organisation before but were introduced to Mindahome by a friend . We found Diane …how lucky were we! She was fabulous! We came home to a very happy puppy and a well cared for house and garden. (Minding a garden in February with days of 35 and over is not an easy task!) Diane contacted us a few times whilst we were away to reassure us that the puppy was thriving! We will definitely ask her to mind our home and dog again.”
