G’day!

We’re a friendly, caring, and professional couple who both work from home, so we can give your pets plenty of love and attention while keeping your home and garden well looked after.

We like to keep a clean, tidy space and treat every home with respect.

We’ve looked after all kinds of properties, from city homes to hobby farms, and also have experience with animals like cows, goats, chickens—even the occasional donkey!

We’re confident caring for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, including older pets who may need extra care or medication.

We’re big dog lovers, and while we’re off on this adventure, we’d love the chance to care for yours!

House-sitting comes naturally to us—we’ve both been working from home for the past couple of years and enjoy keeping a tidy, well-organised space that works for both living and working.

We understand how much trust it takes to leave your home and beloved pets in someone else’s care, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We’re more than happy to meet in person or chat via Skype or FaceTime if you’re further away—it’s important to feel comfortable with the people looking after your home.

* Tarquin has a current Police Clearance Certificate and Kat has experience working with puppies and dogs due to a former position working with Guide Dogs.

“Kat and Tarquin are a lovely couple and the perfect house sitters. We came home to a beautiful clean home, fresh bread, milk and special treats but most of all a very happy and content fur baby. Jed, our Kelpie adored them both. He was well cared for and loved which is all we asked for. They were challenged with his intense anxiety during some storm activity but they confidently medicated him to make him sure he was as comfortable as he could be. They followed instruction and didn’t interrupt his routine which paid off. I would highly recommend them for future house sits. Thank you guys”

“Kat and Tarquin looked after our home and our 12 yr old labradoodle, Ruby for 7 weeks over June and July. Over that period the communication from them was wonderful, updating Ruby’s antics and wellbeing on a regular basis. On our return, the house was immaculate, with many thoughtful touches and Ruby was groomed, healthy and happy and had obviously been thoroughly spoilt and loved. We want to thank Kat and Tarquin for their care of Ruby and our home, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would have them back anytime. They are a lovely, warm and, obviously, responsible couple and we highly recommend them for any future house-sits.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Katrina and Tarquin. Our departure time was brought forward and they travelled through busy Easter traffic to accommodate this. Our home was left sparkling clean and our little dog was absolutely pampered ( and is missing them). They left milk, bread, fruit etc so we were able to just relax and recuperate after a fairly harrowing trip. If we could always leave our home in such safe and caring hands when we have to go away we would be very happy. So grateful to them.”

“i would love to recommend Katrina and Tarquin to mind your home and pet. I have just had the opportunity of meeting them and experienced their warm welcome and their ability of looking after my Molly. They sent me photos of her, and she looked soo happy after they had been playing games with her, which she enjoys very much. the house was well cared for and garden watered. I would highly recommend them for my future bookings whenever I need help. Everything had been cleaned, and laundered, and secured. A big thank you.”

“Found both Katrina and Tarquin easy to talk with when we showed them around our home and discussion of our needs. Everything in the home was in the same condition as it was when we left. I think they spoilt our pet too much and she looked well and happy upon our return. Would have them back any time.”
