Based in Victoria with regular stays on the Sunny Coast, Hinterlands and NSW Central Coast. I treat your home with respect and ensure every soul is looked after. From pets, gardens, pools and of course your home. Non smoker & retired professional. I’m now choosing to travel around Australia and abroad, housesitting and holidaying. Maintaining properties, pools, large or smaller homes, apartments, gardens, chooks and domestic pets is all part of the adventure. I’m super clean and appreciate how important it is to go away on a holiday with peace of mind and to return to happy pets and a calm, well maintained environment. Communication is provided at whatever level you need as a homeowner. I have the maturity required for a successful experience for both parties. Walks, play time, positive attention is provided for all pets including experience with medication. 19 wonderful housesits have been completed individually for Nicole and another 15 with a prior housemate over the last five years. Now travelling solo. Have my own transport and police check. I’m also listed on Trusted Housesitters.

“Nicole was so lovely, easy to communicate with and took beautiful care of our dog Olley, providing regular updates and photos/video’s which made us really at ease whilst we were away. We came home to a spotless house and she even did some gardening which wasn’t requested but greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend Nicole and feel very lucky to have found her, just hope she is available when we next go away as she is highly sought after. “No longer need this website as Nicole is our new go-to-housesitter forever. Couldn't have had a more lovely woman take such beautiful care of our golden retrievers and our house. She sent daily updates on the girls adventures and took them on daily walks, plentiful beach visits, and lots of love. She had wonderful communication and made us feel confident that the girls, house, and garden were in good care. She even washed all the sheets and cleaned the house before our return home.”

“Chris and Nicole have to be the best house/pet sitters we have ever had and that means a lot given we've had over 20 different sitters since joining Mindahome many years ago. They are not just very friendly but also very professional in how they approach house/pet sitting - it is not just a gig they are casually taking on. They frequently updated us on WhatsApp by sending photos / videos. They followed all our instructions by the book. Cleanliness is very important to us and the house was excactly how we left it when we got home. They also clearly love animals and our dogs got very attached to them. They are in high demand so if you are lucky enough to see them available when you are away, lock them in straight away!!
