Hi! We are a happy and engaging couple with over 65 sits completed within Australia and overseas in the past 8 yrs; being full-time sitters for the past 6yrs.

Our love of animals (particularly dogs) has provided us with the opportunity to care for some true characters including the young, old, small, large and in-between furry ones - not forgetting those requiring regular medications.

Meeting people and discovering new places is an added bonus when we house and pet sit, as is the opportunity to spend time relaxing at home; keeping things clean & tidy, tending to your garden and ensuring your pets are not fretting in your absence.

Both retired, our interests include photography, art, birdlife, nature walks, lazy lunches, really good coffee, swimming, being at the beach, exploring small towns and of course, taking VERY good care of YOUR home and MUCH LOVED family pets.

Along with Mindahome, we are also active members of AussieHousesitters and TrustedHousesitters and we're happy to say we do a lot of repeat / referral sits.

“Jane & Danny were recommended to us by friends and it was only a few weeks prior to the sit finishing that we realised that we were both members of Mindahome, hence the difference in the dates. The sit was actually for 4 months - 04th May - 31st August 2026 while we travelled overseas. We were keen to have someone in our apartment even though we have no pets as we have lots of plants. Our home was left in an immaculate condition. They are both caring, friendly and generous with their time to the point of taking and picking us up from the airport. We cannot recommend them both highly enough! Thank you again Jane & Danny”

“Simply outstanding. Jane and Danny were simply outstanding. What a wonderful pair of human beings, and an incredible housesitting and pet sitting force for good. Our dog winnie lived her best life, house was immaculate when we returned, and communication was superb. They are the gold standard.”

“Jane and Dan were wonderful. We couldn't have had anyone else look after our home as well as they have. There was a very bad storm that came through our suburb while we were aware and they handled everything in the aftermarth beautifully. The garden was well looked after and they went over and above when they cleaned our house from top to bottom for our return. How special it was to walk in to a beautiful clean house. Thanks guys so very much.”

“Jane and Danny are excellent house sitters. Totally reliable and extremely professional. They are friendly and easy to get along with. We felt very relaxed and confident leaving our home in their capable hands. We do not have any pets. Our garden is our main concern. When we returned after more than two weeks it seemed that we had never left. In fact, if anything, the house seemed a bit shinier somehow! And the garden was perfectly maintained. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.”

“Jane and Danny completely put our minds at ease as soon as we met them. We had never had our Poppy pet sit before so naturally we were quite nervous and just wanted to be sure we had someone who would care for our girl and our home as we do. We could not have possibly hoped for anyone better than Jane and Danny. They came a week early to meet us, go through the house and to meet Poppy. While we were away they continually updated us on Poppy and even took her to the vet a couple of times due to some unexpected issues. They were so attentive to her and her needs and they looked after our home just as we do. We returned to a clean, tidy home and a happy dog. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more if I tried.
