I have been involved in art and art education for all of my adult life and have a Doctorate in Creative Art from UOW. My wife of fifty years, Janette, was a Professor of nursing until she retired several years ago. We are both fit, practical and healthy. We have been house sitting at various times over the past few years so we understand what is required from home owners. Owners can be assured that their property and pets will be treated with respect.
We have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and are non-smokers.

“Bill & Janette housesat for me in September 2025. From the start the communication was smooth. Bill and Janette arrived the evening before I left, to meet Buddy and settle in. Whilst away I received messages and photos which was greatly appreciated. Buddy bonded very quickly. I came home to a relaxed dog and a neat home, washing on the line and a lovely note. Thank you Bill and Janette! A common-sense couple that will mind your pets and home well. I highly recommend to all.”

“Absolutely outstanding experience with our house sitters! From the moment we met Bill, it was clear that he and Janette were responsible, reliable, and genuinely caring. Our home was impeccably maintained, and Molly (a very high-maintenance cat!) was happy when I returned. Communication was seamless, with regular updates (about Molly!) that put my mind at ease. I couldn’t have asked for better house sitters and would highly recommend Bill and Janette to anyone looking for peace of mind while they’re away.”

“Bill and Janette were a true delight who cared for our Labrador Jesse with so much love. They also fed and watered our horses and chickens every day. The house was spotless when we returned home and the gardens were maintained and watered. I would highly recommend them and would love to have them mind our home again.”
