I’m Concetta a trusted, reliable animal loving and property sitter. A mature single lady who adores spending quality time with animals, who loves gardens and only works part-time from home, with a professional career in finance for more than 20 years.
I acknowledge the responsibility that I am taking on, in being trusted with your property and/or animals, it isn't easy leaving all of this to someone else. However, I have a lot of experience and treat every placement as if it is my own, it isn't just a place for me to stay, it is my home and animal family for the time I am there and I care for it as such.
Sitting at your location means your pets can stay in the safe comfort of their familiar surroundings, with little to no disruption. Therefore I believe doing a thorough handover before homeowners leave for their travels, makes all the difference. This way I always know exactly what you expect and need, which means you can be sure that I will look after your property and/or animals just as though you were still here.
I am fit and healthy, kind, reliable, very clean, and respectful and would welcome the opportunity to care for your home, family pets and animals as if they were my own. My references are a testament of these qualities.
This next phase of my life allows me to easily travel this beautiful state of Western Australia, property, and animal caring as I go. I’m joined by my gentle old Red Cloud dog, Jelly, she is the brown dog in my profile pictures. She pretty much goes everywhere I do, as we are great mates, and she fits in easily. She’s a beautiful medium size rescue dog who has been with me for 8 years and is now 12 years old. Jelly sleeps most of the day but loves to go for walks. She is a low energy dog, super smart, well trained and obedient and is amazing with all other animals and people.
I feel very blessed for the variety and very positive experiences so far during my travels, meeting lots of new people, having a great deal of fun with all the beautiful animals and developing an extensive set of skills and life experiences along the way.
Some of these include mostly long stays, caring for domestic and farm animals including dogs, birds, sheep, rabbits, guineafowls, and chickens. Acreage, rural properties, AIRBNBs, homes in suburbia, beautiful gardens, lawns, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, fire proofing and even some small business support services thrown in the mix.
This lifestyle started back in 2016 when I had the pleasure of travelling Italy through Workaway, living with locals whilst helping them to care for their homes, city or rural properties, providing family support and care for their animals, including olive farms and even helping with business development in a new bed and breakfast business in a 16th Century Castle in the Province of Perugia.
I am a passionate nature and animal loving, conservationist at heart and love to live off the earth growing, cooking, and preserving fresh produce, whenever I can, whilst respecting the three R's of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
I am a non-smoker, respect other people, their privacy, and their belongings.
