WHY ARE WE HOUSE SITTING?
Over the next couple of years, starting from late June 2022 and onwards, Valentina and Maria will be house-sitting in and around Brisbane / Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast in order to save up for a home and secure retirement.
We are incredibly grateful to be considered for any house / petsits that can help us achieve our goal.
We are SO EXCITED (and already LOVING) this adventure!
ABOUT US:
We are a small house-sitting family of 2, and the perfect sitters for you.
Valentina (Mum) is 63 years old. She works part-time as an Aged Care worker.
Maria is 23 years old, and is studying from home.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Here are some reasons why we think we would be the perfect sitters for you:
* We are very tidy, clean, and courteous.
* We don't smoke, party, or drink.
* We will look after your home as though it were our own (e.g., regular cleaning and maintenance, plants watered, lawn mowed if necessary, hedges / bushes trimmed).
* We will collect your mail and ensure bins are taken out and in.
* We will happily look after any resident pets (we have a lifetime of experience owning and caring for cats (indoor and outdoor), dogs (giant, big, and small) (we have had a rescue dog and a rescue cat too!), fish, birds, mice, and guinea pigs). After house sitting since June 2022, we now have additional experience looking after a snake, chickens, and geckos.
* We have experience administering medication to pets (i.e., ear drops, tablets, insulin, liquid medicine).
* Maria has experience caring for horses and exercising them. She previously volunteered her time at Horse In Mind Inc.
* We are quiet and friendly neighbours.
* We are honest and open communicators; you can always expect updates from us.
* We have experience maintaining pools.
* We have Green Thumbs.
* We are reliable and responsible.
* We have excellent references and reviews available.
* We will house sit for the full length that you require.

PLEASE NOTE*
*We value your privacy and will never breach it unless we absolutely have to (i.e., there is an emergency). We expect the same respect in return. For example, having a friend drop by unannounced or someone enter the house without our knowledge / permission may be an invasion of our privacy.
Undisclosed interior surveillance cameras are not appreciated either. If there is to be an active interior surveillance system the homeowner must disclose this on their sitter wanted ad or during the interview. We hope you understand.
