I am retired and deciding where to settle in our lovely state of NSW and I am living a bit of a nomadic life, house/pet sitting in different regions to help me get a feel for where I may end up. (Coastal, from Sydney up and down to the Borders)
I have already been house-sitting for a few discerning friends for many years, looking after their beloved pets—dogs of all shapes and sizes and cats from moggies to various pure breeds.
Sold up in 2021 in the Mid North Coast and went back to look after Mum during the end of Covid and started doing this in May 2022 for other people and having the pleasure of looking after the properties of so many lovely people and lovingly caring for many beautiful 4-legged family members. All of my sits have resulted in repeat sits when they have been required.
I have owned and bred dogs since 1985 and have experience in most activities, Showing Obedience both competing and teaching, agility, and even some fieldwork, I have always been gentle, loving, and caring with my pets and those of others over the years.
I had owned a very successful boarding kennel (Dog and Cat) that I rebuilt over many years on the Mid-North Coast and regularly had people traveling from Sydney or Brisbane to board their much-loved pets with me only. (Word of mouth was the best advertising). Even having people who had never boarded their pet/pets before.
It will be my pleasure to take the very best care of your home and or beloved pets.
Lawn, garden care, and pool care are perfectly fine. Long-term stays are preferred, but short-term stays of over a week are also ok.
It will be just me and I live very quietly, a non-smoker and non-drinker, not coming and going a lot - home most of the time, optimising your security and pet care or house care with no pets.
