Hi! We're Dima (Australian) and DJ (American) and we are a married couple wanting to explore the beauty that Australia has to offer. DJ has several dogs back home in the US (Batman, Cudi, Hopper and Mila) and Dima has a lovely not so little cat in Melbourne residing with family (Nia).
We both have flexible WFH arrangements and have had several wonderful house sitting experiences (see reviews). We adore any and all pets we care for, treat them as if they are our own and take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the homes we care for.
We love going on walking adventures with our furry friends to explore new neighbourhoods, love spending time outdoors and have made lovely connections with pet owners this past year- and hope to do the same with you!

“I found out within 2 hours of landing in Italy that Dima and DJ had backed out on a critical element of the sitting assignment. During their interview, they told me what I wanted to hear so that they could secure the assignment, only to back out on critical arrangements: -proactive and regular updates about my dogs. ----> never proactive, always had to ask and only heard 'they are fine and settled' -----> long stretches of no communication even though they read my messages seeking responses. ----->only received one set of photos after I had to ask. Dogs did not look happy. AirBnB Support ----->informed after first day in Italy they would not do it unless paid. Mowing grass on Zero Turn ----->completely ghosted me on whether they'd still honour the arrangement.”

“Dima and DJ were fantastic minders for our kelpie and our house. They kept in regular communication, sending photos and updates. Rex loved them too, which if you knew Rex, speaks volumes. And our house was beautifully cared for. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them...”
