I have been a full time house and pet sitter here at Mindahome for over 6 years.

Initially from 2013 to 2016, and now including the last 28 months, minding well over 50 homes, from 1 week to 1 year in length.

In this time I have looked after more pets than I can remember, and just to name a few, cattle, horse, goats, guinea pigs, lizards, fish, birds, and dogs and cats.

I am a very capable, diligent, thorough, reliable and honest man, who does not drink or smoke, and I am very proactive in everything that I do.

I am fully aware that your home is your rules, and I do as you wish, giving you the peace of mind needed to leave your home, knowing that all the things you love are in safe hands.

I have also looked after many acreages and farms, including swimming pools, gardens, mowing, even tennis courts, and I am very big on security day and night.

I also like to give weekly updates including photos of your pet/s if you have them, and keeping you well informed is part of my job.

I have returned to Mindahome knowing that I still provide a quality and peace of mind service.

“This was our first experience to have a house sitter and Dale was great. His communication was excellent. We were able to contact him readily when needed, and receive a prompt reply. We don't have pets, but I was concerned that my plants be well looked after while we were away for 6 weeks. The yard was mowed neatly, and the plants were looking happy on our return. Inside the house was clean and neat. We'd recommend Dale to any prospective home owner.”

“Dale is a True gentleman, He popped up at the last minute and I have absolutely no regrets having him stay here to look after my Collie (even though she is hard to get on with when new people are around)and our little home, Dale stuck with it. Dale communicated very well. I think my Collie is missing him today. I would highly recommend Dale as he left my house even better than I left it. So I just hope next time I’m away he is available. “If you’re looking for a reliable, tidy house sitter who will look after your pets as though they’re his own family- look no further than Dale! Our dog was so happy and well cared for. Our house was immaculate. We received fun updates of our dog while we were away, and Dale is an all round, great guy. Highly recommend. Would absolutely ask Dale back again!”

“Dale did a BRILLIANT job looking after our house. His communication skills were excellent, he was totally cool when we got back a bit late due to slow airlines and he left our house cleaner than it's been in years. He did an amazing job caring for our two lovable but very needy staffies - they spent the first day we got back looking for him. I would definitely recommend Dale - knowing he was holding the fort really allowed us to relax. Thanks mate - we hope to deal with you again.”

“It was fabulous to get home after three weeks away to be greeted by a happy Molly, my Staffy, at the front gate. Molly had obviously been well cared for and Dale had kept up Molly's medication, of which I was most grateful. The house was left spotlessly clean, washing done, plants watered etc. Not a thing out of place. Thanks Dale! I wholeheartedly recommend Dale for your house-sitting requirements.”

“Dale was a terrific housesitter. Our house was immaculate, the patios had been scrubbed and even the shed was tidied up as never before. The dogs and cat were all happy and well cared for and cattle fine. Gardens were in good shape and all plants survived. Dale is very friendly and reliable.
