She dealt with unexpected and not insignificant issues like snakes in the attic, broken Air Conditioning units & cleaning of our gutters with the professionalism of an experienced house minder. In addition to all of this, she obviously was very sweet with our little cat Obi, making her feel loved and well fed in our absence. She also left the house spotless despite her 5am departure! We couldn't recommend her more.”

“Ginelle is a wonderful house and pet sitter! We were so pleased with her stay. Unfortunately our dog passed away a week before she was due to arrive but we still needed our home to be looked after. Ginelle's communication was amazing! Prompt and clear. Everything went very smoothly! She even cooked me breakfast before I took my flight which was very kind. Whilst Ginelle didnt get to look after our Leo her passion for animals and the way she talks about her pet sits I dont doubt she would be amazing. “We had the pleasure of having Ginelle house sit for us for nearly three weeks in January/early Feb, and we were impressed with her exceptional care and dedication. Despite facing very challenging circumstances, including record rainfall causing extremely muddy conditions and fence damage, a snake hatching her eggs in our pool area, plumbing issues and a lame horse, Ginelle remained composed and handled everything with professionalism and grace. Her constant communication through emails and videos provided us with peace of mind during our time away. Our young Kelpie adored her, which speaks volumes about her ability to connect with animals.
