We are a professional couple quickly approaching retirement with house sitting experience in WA and beyond. We currently have a 5 star rating with this service and another. We have made so many wonderful connections that our schedule is often booked with direct referrals or repeat house sits.
When we are not housesitting we enjoy seeing Australia in our caravan or traveling abroad. In our previous life we always had pets and a garden to look after and we really miss this when we are on the road.
We have looked after many properties over the years from historic cottages in the suburbs to large rural properties with pets, sheep, chooks and extensive gardens.
My husband is an electrical engineer and tradesman and I am self-employed WFH as an accounts manager. We are neat, non-smokers, extremely handy with home maintenance and gardening. (We have 2 properties of our own) We have been married for 40yrs and have 2 adult children & 2 grand children that live in the US.
Our preference is for housesits of at least 1 month or longer. shorter stays might be considered depending on location and our schedule. My only requirement is a decent internet connection for my work.
