A bit about us...
Mark is from NSW Central Coast, Fafa is fom Rio Brazil.
We met in Montreal Canada in 2009 and have been together since. We are excited to have permanently moved back to Australia in Dec 2023.
Why we are sitting...
We would like to spend a couple of years House Sitting around Australia to explore different regions and see where we would like to settle. We've been house sitting full-time around Australia since Jan 2024 collecting a swag of happy house sitting testimonials along the way, including the best references we could ask for homeowners who found us mature, responsible and have invited us back on multiple occasions.
Prior to our experience in Australia, while living in Canada
we also house sat from time to time and became the go-to house, pet and plant sitters for friends, friends of friends and friends of friends of friends.
We work from home (we have our own design/art direction business) which allows us a flexible schedule to work around house sitting responsibilities.
We have also been on the other side of house sitting and have had house sitters take care of our home so we completely understand how it feels to 'hand-over' the keys.
Chihuahua's to shepherds, rats, cats and farmyard friends... we love'em all.

As HOUSE SITTERS we have experience with houses, farms/properties and apartments.
Taking care of inside tasks like managing AirBNB accounts, collecting mail from PO boxes, general cleanliness and day-to-day home maintenance. While outside we tend to things like lawn care, pool maintenance, veggie patches, orchards, pruning/hedging, yard work and smelling the roses.
As PET SITTERS we have cared for 🐶 dogs (big/small), 🐱 cats (long/short hair), 🐠 fish, 🦜 birds,🐑 sheep,🐔 chickens, 🦆 ducks, 🐮 cows , 🐐 goats and more...
Doing things with them like walking, running, administering medicine, snuggles, catering to special dietary/behavioural needs, wrestles, grooming and of course cleaning up… 💩
